You’ll play a key role in shaping how we scale — from streamlining content pipelines and managing digital product systems to helping with launches, customer journeys, and backend ops.

Responsibilities:

Automation Implementation & Management:
- Identify and analyze current business processes to pinpoint areas for automation.
- Research, recommend, and implement automation tools and workflows across various platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), email marketing, website management, and content distribution.
- Set up, configure, and manage automation software and integrations (e.g., Zapier, IFTTT, specific platform automation features).
- Monitor the performance of automation systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest automation trends and tools relevant to online content creation and digital product businesses.

Digital Product Business Support:
- Assist with the end-to-end process of developing and launching digital products (e.g., ebooks, courses, templates), from ideation to delivery.
- Manage digital product listings, pricing, and updates on the website and relevant platforms.
- Track digital product sales and provide reports.
- Implement systems for customer onboarding and support related to digital products.

Personal Assistant & Administrative Tasks:
- Manage the owner's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
- Conduct research on various topics relevant to the business, including market trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies.
- Assist with project management, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines are met.
- Handle email correspondence and manage communications as needed.
- Potentially assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial tracking.

Marketing & Analytics Support:
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of social media content across different platforms.
- Help manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance analysis.
- Set up and monitor website and social media analytics, generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Research and implement strategies for lead generation and audience growth.

Website & Technical Support:
- Perform basic website maintenance tasks and coordinate with developers for more complex issues.
- Ensure the website and all integrated tools are functioning smoothly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing and managing automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of various automation tools and platforms relevant to online businesses.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
- Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning new software and technologies.
- Experience with digital product businesses or online content creation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
